Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all items, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and be resalable. In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect, faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival, please contact us and we will organise the item’s return and we will then either replace it or issue a full refund immediately. TABi will pay for any additional postage costs.
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and service. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return item. By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, date of purchase, product and amount, giving the reason for the return as "I would like to cancel my order’". We will then send to you a prepaid label so your postage will be free. Please then package the relevant item securely in the original packaging and send it to us.
On receipt of the returned item we will assess the item/s, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
All our products come with a manufactures warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
Our guarantees refer to the quality, durability and relative fitness for purpose during the first 12 months after delivery. Guarantees will be invalidated if, in our opinion, product failure is caused by inappropriate or excessive use. When returning an item, please ensure you include your full name, email address, delivery address, original order reference number and reason for return.
Please ensure items are sent Recorded Delivery as we are not responsible if the item is lost in the post. If your item(s) doesn't arrive back to us we can not refund you. Any products returned will be assessed by our Quality Assurance department before any compensation is given.
If we find fault with the item(s) then no refund will be issued and we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater, plus recover any delivery charges incurred. If an item is faulty, we reserve the right to repair or replace. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued.

Change of mind
If you change your mind and want to return or exchange your item, the item MUST be unused and in the original packaging and returned to us before we can issue a full refund.
If you want to exchange an item then you will need to return the item with instructions for the replacement also there will be charged for the additional return postage.
If you simply change your mind and want to return it then we will issue a refund less the cost of postage.
If the item has been used, damaged or the packaging is damaged we will charge you at cost for the restocking of this item and refund the difference.
Any products returned will be assessed by our quality assurance team before before any refund is given, this will happened with 24 hours of receipt of the item. The refund will be processed via Pay Pal within 24 hours.
